Chak De India Star cast Reunion at Chitrashi Rawat’s Wedding
It is nothing less than celebration time for Chak De India teammate, Chitrashi Rawat, as she is now officially married to the long time beau, Dhruvaditya Bhagwanani. They have been together for almost a decade, and they are now on the next level of their relationship. Chitrashi and Dhruvaditya already knew when they met that they were made for each other. They first met during the shoot of their film, Premmayee. It is surely a celebration time for Chak De India team. They tied knots in an intimate wedding ceremony with their close friends and family on the guest list. The ceremony took place in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Chak De India co-stars Shilpa, Vidya, and Tanya also joined other television celebrities such as Delnaaz Irani, Moonmoon Banerjee, Sayantani Ghosh to grace the celebrations for the bride.

Chitrashi and Dhruvaditya tried keeping their relationship away from the media. In an interview, Chitrashi shared that they are in a chilled-out bond. They met on a movie set and knew they had some connection instantly. She also shared that they never proposed each other. She quoted,
“We wanted to keep our relationship private. He is also an actor. It’s a loving and chilled-out relationship and I feel that is possible only when it’s private. We met on a movie set and connected instantly. We didn’t even realize when we fell in love. Come to think of it, we haven’t proposed to each other officially.”
Chitrashi also revealed in the interview that they wanted a court marriage in Dehradun. However, when their families involve in the celebrations, they told them marriage is what happens only once in a lifetime and is important. She shared they keep it an intimate wedding in the presence of family and close friends. “We had originally wanted to do a court marriage in Dehradun. We had thought ki simple shaadi karenge, paise bachaayenge aur travel karenge. However, our families got involved, and it was all about yeh sab ek hi baar hota hai. So, here we are now! Dhruv and I are not considering it as a wedding, but for us it is a celebration of our relationship with our families and closest friends.”

The Mehendi ceremony of the couple is unique in its own way. Ditching the old green-colored outfit, they chose to go with the stunning color combination of navy blue and grey. They had an outdoor mehendi session with dance, music and lots of fun. Bride kept her look minimal with her hairs open and just matching earrings.

The Chak De actress chose to go with a stunning golden color lehenga with heavy zari work on her big day. Her look involved styling two dupattas, one is red over her head while other one is golden draped over her shoulders. The traditional yet statement nath (nose ring) just added an edge to her complete bridal look. She completed her look wearing heavy gold jewelry along with red bangles set, and she was looking absolutely stunning. On the other hand, her groom was also looking dapper in a bandhgala sherwani and a red bandhani pagdi with a golden kalingi over it.
